I contacted Growitnaturally through their website contact form and called to ask about a product without a reply. I ordered the product anyway because they are located close to where I live and it arrived incomplete. I sent an email and tried calling again (on a Saturday) and by Monday afternoon I hadn’t heard back, so I contacted them via the contact form on their website…this time they responded and were very upset with me because I dared to question their customer service. It is not my fault that they didn’t receive my correspondence via their website or that they had no record of my calls….now they told me that they will not ship the missing item to me but rather refund my money so I can shop for the product somewhere else (Arbico Organics in my case) and then they hung up. Not sure how they run a business like that but obviously it works for them….

I have been so extremely pleased with the customer service and products available through Grow It Naturally. I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe recently who is the owner. I had purchased an organic tick killing and prevention product which I thought I had inadvertently misapplied. Upon telling Joe about it, he very kindly sent me another one free of charge so that I could try again. I was overwhelmed by his kindness and generosity. I am equally impressed with their knowledge and the comprehensive nature of their organic products. I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a one-stop shopping solution for organic lawn care (and other) products. I’m so very glad that I found them!!! Thank you Joe!!!

This company has incredible customer service (customized as well)! I asked a few questions online and had answers within minutes! Then I asked a few more and again, immediate response! I'm ordering their products today and expect the same from their products!

I have used this on my garden and flowering plants for the last couple of years. Beautiful flowers and great veggies. I totally will buy it again and again.

Excellent experience. Ordering was easy on the well-designed website. I instantly received notice of the order being placed, was informed when it was shipped, and was notified when it had been delivered. It arrived very quickly. There was even a brief personal note on the invoice thanking me for my order. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
